• Name and contact information
• Driver's license information
• Course enrollment and completion status
• Payment information
• Text message opt-in status and history

Information is collected over the phone or text messages ONLY. You may not submit information through this website.

2. Use of Information

Your information will be used to:

• Communicate course details and updates
• Process payments
• Track course completion
• Comply with Arizona state requirements including completion registraton with the Arizona Chapter of the National Safety Council
• If you opt in to text messages we will send you information as described in (4)

3. Information Sharing

We will not share your personal information except:

• As required by Arizona state law
• To protect our rights or comply with legal processes
• With the Arizona Chapter of the National Safety Council

4. Text Message Data

• Phone numbers are stored securely
• Message history is retained for legal compliance
• Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours
• When you call to sign up for classes we will collect your phone number and ask if you would like to opt-in to text messages
• You may also text us directly instead of calling, and by sending us a text you agree to receive text messages related to your enrollment, class schedules, updates, and reminders
• When you text us to opt-in we will reply with "Hello from $119 Arizona Discount Traffic Survival School! We will text you with replies to any questions and text you 1-2 reminders of your upcoming course. Reply with HELP for help. Reply with STOP to opt-out of further messages. See https://aztraffic.school/terms-of-service and https://aztraffic.school/privacy-policy . Messaging and data rates may apply"
• You will receive 1-2 messages on average leading up to your class, and answers to any questions you have
• Message and data rates may apply
• You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or calling us
• You can reply with HELP to get help
• We will not send you any text messages other than those related to your enrollment, class schedules, updates, and reminders. We will not send you promotional or marketing messages
• We will not share your contact information with any 3rd party other than than for submitting your enrollment to the Arizona Chapter of the National Safety Council

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Request corrections to your information
• Opt out of text messages
• Request deletion of information (subject to legal requirements)
